Spin-on Air Oil Separator SCHULZ 007.0182-0

The SCHULZ 007.0182-0 is a maintenance part of your lubricated rotary screw compressor. In order to seal the compressors screws with the chamber, lubricate bearings and remove heat of compression oil is injected in the compression chamber with the air, tehe separator wil filter the mix of oil and air to reinjected the oil into the air end and send only the air to the downstream aftercooler.
Because the spin-on separator is working at rated pressure it also need the be build at the correct pressure rating for safety.
Spin-on separator are normally mounted upside-down to reduce the amount of oil lost at replacement. They normally need to be change anywhere between 2000hrs and 4000hrs depending on the manufacturer recommandation.
