The KELTEC KC235-004 air intake filter element function is to protect your rotary screw or reciprocating compressor from all contaminants that could get into the equipment.
It will protect the equipment by insuring no dust, pollen, dirt or other unwanted pollution get into the lubrication system of the air compressor.
By design the inlet air filter is the first protection barrier for your air compressors fluid, oil & air separator, oil filter and most of the control parts.
