Air Oil Separator Element KELTEC CEGD817B

The KELTEC CEGD817B separator element is located inside the air oil separator tank and separate the compressed air from the residual oil coming out of the compression bloc.
A standard rotary screw air oil separator assembly should retain most of the oil inside the lubrication system and entrained in the compressed air for a maximum of 2-3 ppm.
Air/oil separator elements have a significant impact on the overall performance of a compressed air system. Excessive oil carry-over will result in higher compressor maintenance cost, higher energy consumption due to high differential pressure in downstream filtration and higher non-quality product cost.
